Cent Kwakernaat and Jos de Vries set up in business together in January 2010.
The idea was to supply their customers with the best produce from around the world (Culinaire). Fine wines, olive oils, vinegars and pasta are among the many products that they stock.
Cent was already familiar with Millers of Speyside through his brother John from Zandbergen, Holland with whom we have been supplying for a considerable time.
Cent and Jos started selling Millers Aged Striploin, Rib Eye, Rump Heart and now we also supply them with Lamb and Pork racks. In addition to this, we also supply them with Burgers.
The relationship has gone from strength to strength and their business is flourishing.
Personal attention, comprehensive advice, and traditional butchery is central to their business.
