Nathan (Head Chef) at Roslin Beach Hotel, Thorpe Bay, Essex visited Millers on Thursday 20th October 2011.
Millers have been supplying the Hotel with our beef for a short time and it was nice that Nathan took the time to see our operation here and also to meet us face to face.
