BARBECOA BUTCHER'S
The butcher's shop is located underneath BARBECOA restaurant and offers the best of traditional butchery. Staffed by highly trained butchers with years of experience.
Shortly after supply to them commenced,we welcomed Marco Peerdeman, Butchery Manager and Zak Grammer, Assistant Butchery Manager from Barbecoa.
This visit afforded them the opportunity to see the operation of our business with an intensive tour of the factory.
Barbecoa take pride in the careful selection of animals for use in the restaurant and to sell to the public.
Clearly we met with their high and exacting standards and we are supplying Barbecoa directly on a weekly basis.
