We are able to slaughter UTM, OTM and O72 month Cattle, Sheep and Pigs in our abattoir.

Millers are also qualified to slaughter and bone out organic meat.

* Please note that that all slaughtered cattle over the age of 30 months MUST be boned out prior to collection. This is because the spinal column has to be removed and disposed of by a licensed facility.
