Private Kill & Butchery Service
Having identified a gap in the service sector, Millers of Speyside are delighted
to announce the introduction of a Private Kill & Butchery Service.
We are able to slaughter UTM and OTM Cattle, Lambs and Pigs in our abattoir
and then mature on the bone for up to 21 days provided the Butchery Service
is taken too.
After slaughter and ageing, the product can then be cut and packed to the
industry standard specification either, fresh vacuum-packed or fresh frozen.
Millers are also qualified to slaughter and bone organic meat and of course,
everything will be packed under our EEC No. 1160.
Overall, this means a straightforward and streamline service that, without
a doubt, will save you time and effort. Just drop off and pick up when you
are ready!
