"Your meat is fantastic.
The reason why I started using Millers of Speyside was that I went on holiday to France and mostly stay in Michelin Star Hotel/Restaurants and commented on the meat and how it is so different to back home. I love cooking and we wanted to experience the same taste as we have on holiday. My partner started searching the web, found you company, and here
The meat is superb and my cooking tastes so much better. All my family and friends want to eat at mine everyday.
The sausages have had comments like they are like Fillet Steak sausages and they never want the meal to end."

"The meat was wonderful!
I cooked the chateaubriand rare(sealed in a skillet, 10 mins at 230c in the oven, then rested) after liberal seasoning it was a triumph.
I was hugely impressed with the flavour of the Fillet and the Sirloin Steak tasted just like steak should.
It makes you realise what rubbish you have been eating the rest of the time!
